Integrated Recovery Hubs (IRHs)
The IRH's form part of the Sutton Uplift Mental Health and Wellbeing Service and offer services for working age adults (between 18 and 75 years of age) residing in Sutton with severe mental health problems (SMI) including Psychosis, Non-Psychosis complex mood and anxiety disorders, and Personality Disorder.
There are two IRHs in Sutton – the Carshalton & Wallington Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH) and Sutton & Cheam Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH). The Integrated Recovery Hubs are teams of mental health professionals and supporting staff from community service providers with a wide range of skills, who support people’s mental health, alongside their physical health and social needs.
The IRHs will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and specialist treatments to those diagnosed with complex and severe mental health difficulties. There is also streamlined access to wellbeing advice and interventions to support service users and their carers with their broader holistic needs, including financial, housing and occupational advice, and physical health interventions.
