We operate a single point of access for all referrals for services offered by Sutton Uplift and those requiring assessment for secondary mental health services.

It is also possible to telephone the single point of access to make a telephone referral on 0800 032 1411 or 0203 513 4044, chosing option 1.

Who Can Be Referred?

Our service is available for people who are aged 18 and over who live in Sutton or have a Sutton GP.
